NEIMAN MARCUS OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES


















NEIMAN MARCUS OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
2 cups Butter
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Brown Sugar
4 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
4 cups Flour
5 cups Oatmeal (quick cooking)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Baking Soda
24 oz Tollhouse Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
3 cups Chopped Nuts
1—8 oz Hersheys Bar (grated) (optional)
Cream the butter and sugars.  Add eggs and vanilla.  In a separate bowl, mix flour, oats, salt, baking powder and baking soda.  Gradually add to the other mixture until mixed.  Add Chocolate chips, nuts and grated Hershey’s Bar.
Roll in long tubes, wrap in wax paper and freeze or keep in refrig until needed.  Or, roll into balls and cook at 350 for 10 minutes.  Makes 112 cookies.
