Please remember...most grocery stores put out a Wednesday sale circular. Check your store's circular and match up your coupons. Make it a game and see what you can get for under $1.00 or even free! You can print off your coupons from the bottom of this page. Always hit your browser's back button so that you can print two!

Just because a coupon says that it can be used at a certain store doesn't mean that is the only store that you can use it at. Look at the bar code at the bottom of the coupon. If the first number is a 5 that means that it is a manufacturer's coupon. You can use it at any store!

MY NEW FAVORITE SNACK!

I just made this and it was delicious!

Mix 1 small container of plain or vanilla yogurt and and 1/4 cup of Nutella.

I dipped fresh strawberries and apple slices. Pretzels would probably be very good as well. Sorry but I don't have a calorie count. It couldn't be too bad though. You don't have to eat much-it's really filling.
